It will be held under the slogan “We Inspire Progress” from 21 to 24 May, 2024 in Belgrade Fair, Beograd, Serbia. Around 500 expected exhibitors, including those in group presentations and national exhibitions, among them at least 200 foreign exhibitors from around thirty countries, and in front of around twenty thousand predominantly business visitors, will present themselves on more than 15,000 square meters in halls 1, 1A, 2, 3, and 3A and in the outdoor area of the Belgrade Fair.
This regional driving force in the trade fair industry within the fields of technics and manufacturing technologies, and the integrator and pillar of economic cooperation in the field of technics, technical achievements, and innovations on a broader international scale, aims to connect and promote manufacturers, distributors, designers, startup companies, traders, scientific research and educational institutions, innovators, agents, and representatives of leading global companies in the industry, as well as guild associations.
The fair will force the latest advancements in technology and innovation, particularly in the areas of Industry 4.0 and 5.0, serving as synonyms for automation and complete digitization of all manufacturing processes and business networking based on innovative industrial technologies that represent a revolution in interaction with the digital world. The intention of the Technical Fair is to showcase, to the greatest extent possible, products and technological achievements in globally trending areas such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, automation and robotics, IoT, 5G networks, blockchain technologies, augmented and virtual reality, nanotechnologies, clean energy, drones, as well as numerous areas within telecommunications, information technology, medical devices, energy, transportation, construction, and other fields.
The trade fair “classics” and product groups such as CNC machines, machine tools, machining centers, tools and equipment for metalworking and shaping, electronics, measuring equipment and devices, process technics, hydraulics and pneumatics, additive, 3D and laser technologies, metallurgy and foundry, welding technologies, electrical power engineering, lighting and LED technologies, HVAC, green industry, logistics, warehousing, industrial packaging, industrial and cyber security and protection – will be presented at the usual representative level.
A special place in addressing the challenges faced by modern society and in the exchange of ideas for achieving better and more sustainable solutions are innovations, of which around a hundred have been registered on this occasion, of various types and scopes, mostly in areas covered by Industry 4.0 and 5.0, 3D technologies, robotics, CNC machines, laser technologies, plastic processing, automation of production processes, measuring instruments, tools… Approximately half of the registered innovations are related to domestic companies. In this context, the most prominent place certainly belongs to the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation, under whose auspices scientific-technological parks, higher education and scientific research organizations in Serbia are presented.
The fair is primarily aimed at business visitors, so the fair agenda also includes a series of panels, workshops, and lectures discussing the latest trends in the industry and technologies.
