Over the past few weeks, the International Trade Council (ITC) has been subject to aggressive and sustained hacking attempts. As a result, our YouTube and Twitter (X) accounts were temporarily taken down. We have also detected repeated probing of other systems, which have not been successful.

To protect our members and partners, please take note of the following important security reminders:

• Verify all ITC-related communications if you have any doubts by contacting us directly via WhatsApp:

• Only accept official emails sent from the following domains:
  • @tradecouncil.org
  • @tradecouncil.net
  • @thetradecouncil.com

Any messages from other domains claiming to represent ITC should be treated with caution and reported immediately.

We also wish to inform members that we are preparing to launch a new global trade platform: itradecouncil.org, which will be announced formally soon.
